β³ When will my order ship?
All orders go through a processing and inspection period before shipping begins.
π¦ Ready-to-Ship / Standard Orders:
Require 3β5 business days for processing, delivery to us, and quality inspection before shipment.
π§΅ Custom Orders:
Require up to 30 business days for vendor preparation before being delivered to us for inspection.
π¨ Important: Shipping timeframes do not begin until the inspection period is complete.
Orders ship on the next scheduled Friday after processing and inspection are complete. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Friday.
π Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes β expedited shipping may be available, but it does not reduce processing or inspection time.
β± Expedited shipping applies to transit time only, after inspection is complete
π³ Expedited shipping is a paid upgrade to your original shipping method
β You will not be charged twice for shipping
π© Please contact us during the processing period and prior to shipment if expedited shipping is needed
π¨ Important: Approved expedited orders may ship on the next business day after processing and inspection are complete, rather than the standard Friday shipping schedule.
π« Expedited shipping is not available for preorder items or custom orders during the preparation period. Once a custom order is complete and ready to ship, expedited shipping may be requested, subject to approval.
π Please note: Expedited shipping is offered as an upgrade, not a replacement or duplicate charge. The original shipping fee paid at checkout remains valid, and the expedited fee covers the upgrade to overnight delivery.
