Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do allow exchanges only under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Hair must show no signs of wear, including but not limited to cutting, coloring, bleaching, styling, washing beyond our preparation process, or installation.
  • Lace must be unaltered (not cut, tinted, or customized).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange may be approved if it meets all requirements.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom orders
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Worn, altered, or installed hair
  • Items returned outside of the 72-hour window

Quality Assurance

All orders go through a thorough quality inspection prior to shipment. This includes checking for texture, length accuracy, lace condition, and overall quality.

If an item does not meet our quality standards during inspection, shipment may be delayed while a replacement is prepared. Customers will be notified if this occurs and informed once the order has shipped.

Because of this process, exchanges are approved only in rare cases where an issue is verified upon inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you.
