All orders enter processing immediately after purchase, including order verification and preparation, and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Preorder items are prepared according to the timeline stated on the website at the time of purchase. Because these items are sourced and prepared in advance, preorders are final sale.

Custom orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

If an issue occurs with your order upon delivery, you may request an exchange in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy within 72 hours of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.
