Thank you for shopping with Supremacy Beauty. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Preparation
All orders require processing before shipment. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and quality inspection prior to shipment.
- Preorder items: Ship on the date stated on the website at the time of purchase and are not subject to weekly shipping schedules.
- In-stock orders: Require 3–5 business days for processing and quality inspection before shipment.
- Custom orders: May require up to 14 business days for preparation before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Quality Assurance
All orders undergo a thorough quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and condition. If an item does not meet our quality standards during inspection, shipment may be delayed while a replacement is prepared. Customers will be notified if this occurs and informed once the order has shipped.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship on the next scheduled Friday after processing and quality inspection are complete.
Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Friday if processing is not completed in time for that week’s shipment.
Expedited (Overnight) Shipping
Expedited (overnight) shipping may be available upon request for select in-stock items only and is not guaranteed.
Approved expedited orders may ship on the next business day after processing and inspection are complete, rather than the standard Friday shipping schedule.
- A non-refundable $75 expedited shipping fee applies if the request is approved.
- Availability is determined at the sole discretion of Supremacy Beauty.
- Expedited shipping is not available for preorder or custom orders during the preparation period. Once a custom order is complete and ready to ship, expedited shipping may be requested, subject to approval.
- Customers must contact us directly to request expedited shipping before their order ships.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Overnight shipping does not shorten processing or inspection timelines.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Supremacy Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Supremacy Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
